“We accept traditional Medicare for medical Part B and pharmacy Part D services. We automatically bill your secondary insurance carrier for any co-pays and deductibles. Traditional Medicare out-of-pocket costs may be eligible for our self-pay, sliding scale policy which will result in discounts for some Medicare participants. Medicare Advantage out-of-pocket costs may be eligible for our self-pay, sliding scale policy which may result in discounts for some Medicare Advantage participants. We accept the sme ACA / Marketplace plans for medical and pharmacy. We accept Medicaid for patients who are not enrolled in a Medicaid Managed Care Plan. This includes Medicaid patients such as those who are participating through:
Presumptive Eligibility for Pregnant Women (“PEPW”)
Medically Needy (“MN”) cost sharing programs
Family Planning Waiver (“WFP”)
